The parcel would be send via Posten, and UPS with the rest of the world. Free shipping on all orders in Norway. Free worldwide shipping on orders over 200€. All the orders comes with tracking number. Please note that YINGCHU does not cover duties and import taxes for countries outside of Norway.

RETURN

All the YINGCHU jewellery are handcrafted and made to order, I unfortunately can’t offer returns or exchanges. If you have any problem regarding your purchase, please get in touch. I go to every effort to make sure that the pieces are the best they can. I would be happy to return or exchange anything that arrived broken or damaged.

Any piece with a production fault or damages suffered during the shipping will be able to get a refund or exchange. To exercise the right, please get in touch with me within 14 days of receipt of the item.
