In June, I took a trip with two very good friends of mine to the south of Sweden. One of my friends grew up in Skåne, and I had long wished to see his hometown. I was so surprised by the landscape when we arrived—it was nothing like I had expected to see in Sweden.
We went on a short hike along the coastal hills. On our left, swans rode the waves of the Baltic Sea. On our right, fields in various shades of green danced in the wind. Among them, colourful little flowers played with bumblebees.
I made these rings recalling the soft touch of the field and ocean waves. Gentle forms in silver, adorned with a few colourful sapphires.
